         I and my wife had a week long trip to Las Vegas during last summer. It was amazing…No words to say how beautiful it is during night , A real heaven in earth.. Lights …Lights every where .. That was a wonderful experience for us.

Now come to the point, What is worth seeing, How to save money, at least not waste of  money   

We opted Summer (Auguest) to visit Vegas, mainly because it is off season for vegas and we can save a good amount in stay and stuff like that ..Check out travelzoo.com or ttp://www.tripres.com for better deals ..

Summer is too hot in Vagas, 100+F….but dont worry..Vegas is great for night life ..Sleep during day time and enjoy night life..Night is not that hot at all…

Can you imagine,  You can stay in 5 star hotel and resort in Strip for around 30+$ .  I recommend Excalibur, NewYork New York, Bellagio, Venetian, Paris …or anything in the center of the strip….We stayed each night in different different hotels to get experience of each one. Dont forget to ask for free drink coupons which is available in almost all the hotels, Some hotels like stratosphere usually provide free rides. they are scary though…

I don’t want to suggest you to stay in downtown casinos  which is far  away from strip,  just to save some bucks, because I found those casinos are old and not very well maintained.. Especially during off season you can easily get strip casinos for very cheap rates….IF IT IS VEGAS, STAY IN STRIP..ENJOY!!

You can get better deals in ebay auction for stay in vegas. It is cheaper than any other deal sites….

When you reach at Airport you will be amazed seeing casinos inside airport. But…Just dont spend any single penny in Airport..I dont see anyone getting anything from slot machines in Airport ….Go to any casino and try your luck …..

Don’t forget to visit lion habitat in MGM Grand ..You know whats the best thing about it……………………………………………..It is free!!!!!!!

My wife really loved the Vagas Night view from 110th floor of Stratosphere..I think it is worth. This is free for residents of that casino.

Travel

1.  No need of car, You will get 7$ train ticket for whole day which is good enough to go all the places

No comments about girls, because I didn’t try that …..:-)

Around Vegas

1.  Desert views around vegas (I -515 hwy)  is breathtaking.. You can drive to Hoover Dam which is around 35 miles away from Vegas..

2. You can make a whole  day trip to Grand Canyon South or East Rim and Hoover Dam is on the way..I will share my experience in the next blog.
